On October 1, 2020, Taiwan Yilan Irrigation Association was officially restructured into the Yilan Management Office, Irrigation Agency. With the expectations of the people and the responsibilities of the public sector, we are about to start a new chapter in irrigation.

With the implementation of the Irrigation Act, we will coordinate with the government's agricultural policies and step up the implementation and expansion of irrigation area services. This involves actively striving for major irrigation engineering projects in rainy Yilan, while improving irrigation infrastructure to reduce agricultural losses caused by heavy rain.

The restructuring involves not only changing the name of the agency, but also represents an effort to improve its image. The office is the first in the country to establish a "Convenience Service" section on its official website to include application cases that are closely related to the general public, and reduce cumbersome administrative processes through a professional division of labor.

The office hopes for an abundant harvest, peace and prosperity.
