The Pulin Canal runs parallel to Provincial Highway 7C, stretching 2,073 meters from the intake gate to the Luodong River embankment. Since 1997, the canal has undergone upgrades, including the installation of U-shaped concrete channels. Along the canal banks, a 1,479-meter-long flowerbed featuring Azalea bushes and double-petaled cherry blossoms was constructed using decorative Yamei stone bricks. The ground was covered with protective plastic sheeting. During spring and winter, the blooming azaleas transform the once plain canal into a vibrant and colorful sight. This scenic rural landscape has become a popular destination for both locals and tourists.
